About Role:
Inside Sales Representatives are sales professionals responsible for selling
Lenovo offerings (hardware, software, services and peripherals). They are
responsible for closing the sale and winning the customer's satisfaction with
the engagement and the offerings. They may work independently, as a member of
a team, or the leader of a small team.
Responsibility:
• Develop appropriate sales pipeline by building and maintaining strong
customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain a call plan for Account Executives working in the same
territory.
• Proactive calling into identified prospects and install base accounts to
achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information
within salesforce.com.
• Maintain current and accurate pipeline information in salesforce.com about
ALL opportunities in assigned territory.
• Work with Account Executive to manage the sales cycle from qualification
through to closure.
• Weekly forecasting - know units shipped and to come, status, decision makers
and next steps in closing opportunities.

Requirements:
• Should learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services,
industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Should have acquisition selling style.
• Should have successful history of new business sales, strong direct sales
experience, consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals
• Should maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools
and use them appropriately. For example; Opportunity / territory management,
cost justification and acquisition management.
• Have the ability to perform independently when engaging and closing
identified sales opportunities within the customer base.
• Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition
against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales
opportunities.
• Intermediate MS Office skills necessary.
