The successful candidate shall be working closely with the commercial team (FSI & MM) to achieve the financial goals. With strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the candidate will work with internal support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales objectives by providing support to the sales team through telemarketing, phone and/or digital selling to promote products to customers
• Actively engage and follow up with customers on marketing promotions & campaigns and on open quotation to close sales leads
• Managing and growing a set of customer accounts with channel partners through phone selling
• Generates and processes new sales leads into opportunities directly and collaborate with channel partners as necessary
• Collaborate and facilitate end customers engagement with channel partners as appropriate
• Improve leads and opportunities conversion rates and collaborate with Channel Managers and Sales Manager to drive sales opportunities
• Help customers or channel partners resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support
• Serve as advisor to our employees and customers by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
• Participate in company initiatives when required
• Disciplined use of CRM system and other reporting for proper territory or channel management
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
• To assist in all Sales Demo or Sample Requests and tracking for customer’s evaluation
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain and develop relationship with customers
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Application Sciences with strong records in team engagement and communication.
• Good written and spoken English, ability in Chinese or any regional languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent adaptability and aptitude in a diverse and sometimes remote working environment.
• Excellent communication skills required

• Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
