IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart
Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming,
visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device
categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial
intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service
solutions.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inside
Sales Support Team.
The ideal Inside Sales Support Representative must be able to work in a high
intensity, high velocity work environment, detailed-oriented, self-starter, a
problem solver with a desire to find efficiencies and optimization in day to
day processes.
This position will be responsible for focusing on Customer Service and
Satisfaction, troubleshooting issues and problem resolution, and providing,
proactive follow-up, product information and overall account/partner support.
You will also be responsible for teaming with various departments crossing
over into operations, logistics and product management. Your ability to
leverage and connect these resources in your mission to serve our partners and
our internal needs will be key.

#### Position Requirements:
\- 1-3+ years of Sales Support experience, Channel and IT sales
preferred.
\- Strong working knowledge of MS Office skills especially Word, Excel and
Outlook
\- Intermediate skill level of MS PowerPoint an advantage
\- SAP & Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage.
\- Is expected to manage multiple priorities
\- High level of customer service
\- Have a high level of attention to detail
\- Follow a process, and interact with other functions including, product
team, sales, pricing, fulfilment, and sales operations.
\- Performs independently without supervision
\- Is proactive and acts quickly with a sense of urgency
\- Previous sales support and same industry preferred.
\- Demonstrated ability to handle stress under pressure; capable of remaining
calm & professional when dealing with demanding customers
\- A completed university or college degree preferred.
\- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
