Your primary task is to be responsible for all incoming cases from Eaton's customers and internal employees. The cases received can be both by phone and e-mail and concern technical inquiries about Eaton's products. You act as technical support and provide technical advice, create and follow up quotes and have contact with the company's customers and suppliers via both email and telephone.
