We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional with the ability to work in a teamed environment supporting our public and corporate hybrid teams in the Public Sector/Mid-Market. The role of a Inside Services Business Development Manager (BDM) -Public Sector will be a quota carrying sales position responsible for working with the Hybrid segment teams to reach their services targets.  In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the segment teams in selling Warranty serivces, Premier Support, Factory services, Device as a service and Professional services. You will be the face of the services organization to the Hybrid segment teams and be the first point of contact for service related questions. As an Inside Services BDM - Mid Market, your responsibilities will include: • Driving change and efficiencies within the segment teams to increase services sales. • Work with sales ops team on reporting needs and accuracy • Weekly financial roll ups to segment and services leaders • Act as a Services Brand Ambassador to the segment teams • Drive salesforce adoption and accuracy for services • Work with the segment managers to increase services sales of the hybrid reps • Leverage BI to identify services prospects, create campaigns, and initiatives • Coordinate trainings, floor walks, campaigns, etc. • Provide feedback to the services organization on what is needed to grow services sales • Actively participate in customer/partner calls • Engage the field SSE’s when appropriate • Good with excel/Qlik and knows how to leverage the data • Deal ownership on large complex deals This is a full-time opportunity in a professional work environment with opportunities for advancement.
