professionals to join our DCG Inside Services Sales Team.

The ideal Inside Services Sales Representative will be aggressive, goal-
oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills.
A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a
must.

Representatives will work with acquisition and retention accounts in either
the North American public sector, large enterprise or mid market segment.

Primary Role
Aligned to Field Services Rep and will be responsible For uncovering and
owning
\- New Service Opportunities,
\- Maintenance / Software Renewals
\- Warranty Upgrades.
\- Maintain an accurate pipeline in salesforce

Secondary Role
In addition, the Inside Services Sales rep will build their knowledge and
skill on the full Lenovo Datacenter portfolio and assist in penetrating a set
of focus accounts assigned to the team.
The aligned accounts is a key focus strategy for Lenovo and The Services
Inside Sales rep will work hand in hand with the Field Services Seller
\- Account penetration and identification of new opportunities
\- Working with the Channels/partner for progression.
\- Support for the Field reps in pre-sales activities and post-sales as
appropriate.
\- Positioning servers, storage, networking, and ThinkAgile
\- Maintain an accurate pipeline in salesforce

The ideal candidate for this role will also be required to assist/participate
in driving the team towards a high performance culture and operational
excellence.
Will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and
opportunity management.

#### Position Requirements:


Requirements:
Bilingual French/English
1-3 years of related experience in sales, sales support, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
Self confident and Assertive
Strong Organizational, Planning and Operational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
High Level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities
Computer based program usage (MS Office, Salesforce, CPQ, DCSC)
General Knowledge of the Lenovo Hardware Portfolio (this is not a requirement
but will certainly add points)
