2. Job Description
Coordinate the inspection activities among clients, suppliers and internal inspector team, act as a mechandiser and customer service officer at inspection Department
- Coordinate and arrange inspection schedules
- Communicate with clients & suppliers for assignment organization
- Prepare inspection schedule log
- Document control as per Standard Operative Procedure and CTC Quality System
- Report checking
- Team coordination
- Client files follow-up and necessary statistic preparation
- Administrative paper work: typing, filing, files back-up and registration. Updating files, forwarding information, collecting and printing reports and comments, saving and submitting reports results and agreement. Sample and technical file registration and shipment.
- Responsible for its activity under local inspection supervisor authority.
3. Educational background
- At least colleague graduated, major in textile or footwear is preferred
- CET-4 or above preferred, fluent in writing and oral English
- Good skills of office software (Word, excel, etc.)
4. Desired Experience
1 year experience in inspection or textile/ footwear/ baggage industrial or fresh graduate can be considered if applicant shows strong motivation and mature working attitude.
