任职要求：

• Bachelor‘s degree in Mech Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience related to Quality Assurance / Quality Control and in preparing, understanding & implementing Inspection & Test Plans for equipment
• Strong understanding of global and China inspection and quality processes, controls and standards
• Possess and utilize Inspection & Analytical skills including reading & understating drawings, quality plans, knowledge of NDT (MT-PT-UT & RT) etc.
• Knowledge of major turbomachinery equipment such as compressors, turbines, expanders, pumps etc. and associated auxiliary equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Lube Oil & Sealing Systems, Condensate Pumps, Gearbox, Valves etc, in the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry (Refineries, Petrochemical Complexes)
• Experience of supplier qualification as the auditor

PURPOSE OF THE JOB：

The Primary role is for source inspection of major purchased auxiliaries China contract content for EP BU for current and new projects in China and act as coordinator for customer & third-party inspectors and Elliott Group companies for witness points

Visiting vendor office & fabrication shops for the purpose of assessing the mechanical integrity of the process equipment and verifying conformance to Elliott, customer and code specifications and act as auditor for supplier qualification.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES：

• Works under direction of EP Quality Director and EP Global SCM with discretion in decision making.
• Final responsibility for insuring compliance to ITP requirements
• Track and record Quality actions and documents on ERP modules
• Oversee required personnel and tools qualifications / certifications at vendor locations
• Provide support in root cause analysis
• Coordinate customer witness activities
• Perform supplier source inspections
• Develop inspection methods
• Follow up with vendors & freight forwarding contractors on timely shipments of freight status and delivery position of materials and advises appropriate action
• Stay abreast of applicable codes and standards such as TEMA, AWS, ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, and Elliott / Customer specifications
• Prepare periodic reports on status of activities & Quality objectives
• Perform supplier audit
• Have basic understanding of Refining & Petrochemical processes and technologies
• Understanding of the basic principles of corrosion, metallurgy and materials of construction, welding procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written;
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others;
• Ability to contribute and work cooperatively in a team environment with internal and external customers
• Other work which may be assigned from time to time
