Fritz Schur Energy A/S (FSE) is part of Fritz Schur Technical Group A/S (FSTG)

FSE focuses on development, manufacturing, installation and service of hydraulic system solutions for Wind Turbines.

FSE has built its reputation in the industry over approx. 30 years and over the years mainly supplied to one of the industry’s leading wind turbine manufacturers for both on-shore and off-shore turbines. Over the last decade FSE has also delivered systems - incl. pitch controllers - to several local Chinese customers.

FSE is expanding its activities and international markets and, hence, will establish assembly production and related supporting activities in Ningbo in Q2, 2019. As a result, a unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and focused Inspector to join.

工作内容job description：

质量检验 Quality Inspect

• 按照相关标准、图纸、要求对原材料、外购件、外协件等进行检验，并完成检验报告；Inspect raw material 、purchased parts 、outsourcing parts in accordance with relevant standard 、drawing and customer requirement

• 负责产线半成品的巡查，处理生产过程中的品质异常；Responsible for inspect semi-finished products with patrol ,To deal with quality issue in product line.

• 负责成品的质量控制，对最终成品进行出货前检测，完成检验报告；Responsible for control quality of finished products, Inspect finished products at before delivery ,completed quality check report.

• 协助处理来料的品质问题并进行跟踪验证。Assist handle quality problem of incoming products and track to the result .

• 根据公司生产需求组装液压设备（装配工作 Assembly work）Assembly the hydraulic equipment base on the manufacture requirements of the company

• 领导交代的其他事宜；The other things which arranged by the supervisor;

任职资格Qualification：

教育背景Education background：

• 高中以上学历。Senior high school or above

经 验Experience：

2年以上工厂检验经验。2 years or above in production site and quality management experience.

• 1年以上机械类产品加工或组装工作经验；More than 1 year experience in machinery field.
• 有液压类设备组装工作经验优先考虑； Experience in hydraulic equipment assembly is preferred;

技能技巧Skill：

能够看懂机械图纸，熟悉验货标准，能独立完成中英文检验报告；Be able to understand drawings, Familiar with inspect standard ,able to completed Chinese and English report independently

• 熟练产品检验流程并能熟练使用检测工具，如卡尺 、 涂层测试仪 、三坐标测量设备等

Familiar with inspect flow and able to use inspect tools ,eg: calipers、coating thickness meter 、three –coordinates measuring equipment and so on

能独立使用基本的工具；Be able to operate the fundamental tools independent.

具备一定的机器保养常识；Have a certain machine maintenance of common sense;
