Job Description
Carry out inspection and test as required and ensure that all tests are completed timely and accurately to avoid misjudgment of product performance.
Comply with the company's safety regulations and requirements to ensure the safety and smooth work!
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Abide by the company's rules and regulations.
2. Can complete all laboratory tests actively, quickly and accurately; Be responsible for the data.
3. Actively deal with various laboratory tests and communicate with the supervisor in case of uncertainty;Communicate well with other departments, get along well with each other, do not shirk and actively face problems;When working, pay close attention to the running state of each equipment, report any abnormality in time, and inform relevant personnel to pay attention to the information in time;Actively help and guide new employees to get familiar with the work as soon as possible;
4. Take seriously, strictly implement all safety and environmental protection regulations, and immediately stop violations of others found in the jurisdiction. Wear required PPE (e.g. cutting gloves, hot gloves, etc.) for relevant tests according to the definition of WI.
5. Responsible for all online tests and timely feedback the test results to the production line leader, and timely input the SAP system;
Min. Qualifications
1. Graduation certificate
2. Effective communication: communicate relevant data with production department timely, judge and guide production timely adjustment of online products, and improve the first-pass rate. Mutual trust: honesty, diligence, consistency, professionalism. Build mutual trust.
3. Experience with injection molding machine is preferred; cars only
4. Good computer skills, able to complete simple computer operation and input test results;
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with injection molding machine is preferred; cars only
2. Good computer skills, able to complete simple computer operation and input test results;
3. 3-5 years of laboratory testing experience.
