In this role, you have the opportunity to utilize your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support the install base team and ensure data integrity for Philips’ customers. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting, cleansing and enriching data across multiple data realms to facilitate effective business decision making and deliver business value for both our internal and external customers. You will also have an opportunity to create and drive business processes that support our data integrity.
You are responsible for
Managing and maintaining the equipment record database for the entire Philips Health Install Base in North America.
Providing response for assistance to field service engineers and end users of defined applications such as FSE Data View, Install Base Data View, Site ID Request, Site Audit, PCCI IB Request, and others.
Following up on customer issues and e-mail requests in a timely manner.
Interacting effectively with all levels of the organization to build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives.
Proactively developing creative ideas and making suggestions that will optimize processes, reduce cost and improve efficiency.
Taking ownership of customer issues and managing client relationships ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitoring of internal tools and applications from which Install Base data update requests will arrive.
Collating data and initiating reporting processes to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Managing and monitoring customer and equipment service data in SAP to ensure accuracy.
Creating and monitoring field-service-engineer profiles in order to ensure the accurate documentation of repairs and enable accurate dispatching of service orders.
Taking ownership of internal customer issues around the Install Base data and managing client relationships ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Clarifying internal customer requests and problems through research or escalation.
Clearly understanding Equipment record maintenance rules and guidelines to ensure high data quality standards are achieved in the maintenance of such.
Supporting a high volume of administrative tasks focused on the creation, updates, and maintenance of equipment record data in the internal Philips databases.
Working independently within established procedures and practices.
Engender an atmosphere of excellent innovation, quality, and responsiveness.

The Philips Install Base team: A team that delivers excellent service and clearly communicates with internal customers. They collaborate with different departments and areas of the business across Philips and document and distribute information appropriately. They manage the entire database of equipment record information.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or similar business discipline
1+ years applicable work experience
Experience with managing high volumes of data and maintaining data records.
Working knowledge of SAP or any ERP System is preferred
Experienced with problem solving, innovation, and data analytics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Verbal & Written Communication and creation of documentation
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word
Ability to manage multiple issues, concurrently, with minimal supervision
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
