Institutional Sales Business Analyst

Job Description
As an Institutional Sales Business Analyst you will report to the Head of Unified One Client in New York. You will be responsible for supporting the business needs of the UOC fixed income business in the following areas:
In this roles you will:
-manage reporting and business reviews
-develop weekly/monthly business reports and completing ad hoc business projects
-work with WMA and IB staff to ensure monthly transfer pricing is accurate and complete.
-assist in ensuring conformance to and Policies & Procedures
-support monthly FA Compensation process
-support the front to back order flow process, transfer pricing process, ensuring its sound operation and trouble shooting in partnership with the UOC sales force.
-work as a liaison between IB and WMA to help support the back to back trade flow between the two entities. Including but not limited to trouble shooting settlement issues between the two firms.
-work with compliance and operations on various projects including Trace reduction and client documentation.
