We’re looking for professionals who want to be a part of our Institutional Sales team covering Hong Kong and use their skills and ideas to make an impact to the success of the business at China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (CISI). As team members, they will work closely with seniors to retain, manage, enhance and develop the relationship with institutional clients in the region, and ultimately drive commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist institutional sales to develop potential clients, including checking account opening document, customer and account information maintenance, answering client enquiries and address client feedbacks
• Maintain relationship with key customers, collect and prepare institutional professional investor account opening documents, assist institutional sales to promoting financial products and services, including IPO subscription, placing, bond underwriting, exchange traded products
• Handle general professional administration, taking minutes of a meeting, calendar management, file management (except customer information file), recruitment arrangement, attendance management
• Handle other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or above in finance or business-related studies
• Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues
• 2+ years of experience in securities firms or other financial institutions
• Work experienced in Chinese securities firm preferred
• Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
• With clean disciplinary records
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
