主要職務 :

- 每月編寫課程及製作流程,教授及輔助學員完成廚藝課程;
- 緊貼時下流行烘培產品,創作創新的食譜菜色;
- 預備課堂所需工具,食材;
- 維持教室內環境衛生清潔
- Develop recipes for use in the Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art
- Ensures the Cooking studio is clean, well-maintained and meets company standards of appearance.
- Generate class content, plan menus, and purchase ingredients with the assistance of the Cooking Studio Coordinator
- Comply with kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
- 持大專以上學歷
- 具兩年及以上行業經驗或教學經驗,有責任心及團隊精神
- 熱愛廚藝培訓行業
- 有良好的中英文書寫能力,流利的粵語/英文,一般普通話溝通
- 態度親切及誠懇有禮的服務態度,主動熱誠
- 懂一般電腦操作(Excel 及Word運用)
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in food production
- Excellent knowledge and culinary skills in international cuisine
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel, data input
