Job Description
主要職務 :
  • 每月編寫課程及製作流程,教授及輔助學員完成廚藝課程;
  • 緊貼時下流行烘培產品,創作創新的食譜菜色;
  • 預備課堂所需工具,食材;
  • 維持教室內環境衛生清潔
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop recipes for use in the Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art
  • Ensures the Cooking studio is clean, well-maintained and meets company standards of appearance.
  • Generate class content, plan menus, and purchase ingredients with the assistance of the Cooking Studio Coordinator
  • Comply with kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
入職條件 :
  • 持大專以上學歷
  • 具兩年及以上行業經驗或教學經驗,有責任心及團隊精神
  • 熱愛廚藝培訓行業
  • 有良好的中英文書寫能力,流利的粵語/英文,一般普通話溝通
  • 態度親切及誠懇有禮的服務態度,主動熱誠
  • 懂一般電腦操作(Excel 及Word運用)
. High Diploma or above in relevant subject area,
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in food production
  • Excellent knowledge and culinary skills in international cuisine
. Passionate in Culinary Art training industry.
  • Familiar with MS Word & Excel, data input
. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Mandarin.
