JOB OBJECTIVES:
Responsible for developing the instrument maintenance strategy, to manage the assets, analyze bad actors to ensure safe, qualified, realiable and cost efficient cMDI2 operations, and eventually align with outer maintenance team maintenance plan, schedule and budget.

Optimization of insutrument assets, give maintenance and engineering orders and assess maintenance and engineering services.

Manage electrical team according to SLA contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To do daily management ,maintenance jobs with operation team including instrument, online analyzers, DCS and HIMA system, to guarantee them work well for successful startup and high reliebility during commissioning,TAR and normal operation
• Setup Maintenance and Repair stragety to make a higher reliebility of the plant within instrument maintenance budget
• Manage OEM and Engineering documents;
• Provide appropriative maintenance material for maintenance works;
• Responsible for instrument maintenance quality control;
• Review and approve MOC design and scheduling; and Control and monitor its progressing in assistance of process engineers;
• Manage Spare parts management and inventory control

• Support Manager to develop and improve maintenance solutions
• Manage and develop the Electrical and Instrument Supervisors and Electricians and Instrument Technicians.
• Develop SOP and Inspection schedules for E&I equipment.
• Support and participate and coordinate site engineering, MOC’s and CapEx project planning and execution cost control;
• Responsible for instrument/DCS/HIMA ssytem preventive,corrective plans
• Troubleshooting for upsets to support process and operation with high reliability in and on time;
• A leader of instrument team to build a good culture in his team
• Responsible for MOC and optimization.

EHS responsibilities：

• Employees are responsible for complying with the requirements of the EHS Policy and procedures. Their particular responsibilities are to:
• Observe the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions;
• To take EHS requirements into consideration prior to any activity or work to make sure that the launching work is safe to prevent/minimize the safety risk,environment pollution and other potentialhazards;leader of JSA group.
• Attend all EHS training as required;
• Familiarize themselves with MSDS of hazardous substances within workplace;
• Develop safe working skills and habits;
• Assist colleagues with EHS requirements;
• Have the responsibility for promptly reporting to direct supervisor in case of any incidents and nearmiss or exposure to hazardous substances;
• Always practice good house keeping and keep workplace clean;

Fulfill other specific requirements according to company procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree mandatory at least;
• At least more than 5 years work experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry;
• Preferentially experience as Maintenance Engineer;
• Auto CAD and SAP skill;
• Good command of English both in writing and speaking;
• Team player, but working independently with focus on result and achievement;

• Strong communication skills and conflict-handling skills;
