• Degree holder in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years’ post chartered experiences in Civil Engineering / Geologist discipline including minimum of 5 years experience in Civil / structural  / instrumentation and monitoring works;
• Familiar with major types of geotechnical instrumentation works and their limitations;
• Validate the design of Instrument equipment to fulfill Project requirements;
• Organize and liaison installation and monitor works;
• Good communication and presentation skills; Independent, strong planning and management skills with excellent problem solving skills
