Work with PM to support whole cycle of SDLC:

• Gather requirements
• Create functional specification document
• Work with developers
• Create and execute SIT and UAT support
• Implement / release
• Support
• Production Support Resolution
• Manage customer's expectations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Business related degree, Higher Diploma in IT, or Bachelor in Computer Science or related degrees
• Minimum 2 years related working experience
• Insurance related working experience is highly advantageous

Working knowledge of the following is advantageous:

• Javascript
• Java
• HTML & CSS
• Reactjs / React Native or related component based framework
• Nodejs and Redux
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Preferred Skills:
Good communication, customer focus, good time management, a team player, and passionate in delivering high standard.

Applicants with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Business Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst Equivalent. Fresh graduates will be considered for an entry level position.
