Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop new prospects on insurance broker business
• Act as Chief Executive to manage the business unit of insurance brokerage
• Cross sell the insurance products to meet clients’ need
• Provide professional insurance advisory and timely support to potential clients and existing policyholders
• Handle Insurance Authority (IA) licensing matters and enquiries
• Comply with IA’s regulatory requirement and company policy of insurance brokerage activities

Requirements:

• 3 years or above as an active CE
• Understand AML and KYC procedures for insurance brokerage activities
• Good knowledge of General Insurance, Life Insurance products & market trend, Passed in IIQE
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and polices
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua a must
• Self-initiative, detail-minded and with leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
