Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of transformation initiatives and processes
• Coordinate all aspects of a diverse, multi-disciplinary transformation project which may involve multiple functions and / or departments within AIA
• Manage the change process
• Maintain client and policy information
• Process bills and payments
• Support policy adjustments
• May facilitate passing through policy-specific client instructions / enquiries to relevant parties

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Technical Skills - Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and e-mail applications
• Soft Skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines good business writing skills and can command/facilitate meetings at different levels.
• Product Specific Knowledge - Ability to understand simple insurance process or principles - Relevant knowledge or experience on life insurance products is an advantage
• Process Specific Knowledge - Ability to understand insurance process or principles - Relevant knowledge or experience on life insurance processing is an advantage.
