Manage branded motor insurance program with key insurance partners; review and steer business performance
• Develop and maintain strategic and long-term partnership with the insurance companies
• Support insurance partners to develop and establish business relationship with MB dealers and steer their cooperations with practical approaches
• Organize and coordinate trainings on insurance products or sales process for MB dealers / MBAFC S&M
• Manage insurance partners panel by setting criteria and process for selection and define KPIs for performance review and business steering
• Manage insurance companies in utilization of Mercedes-Benz trademark for insurance marketing
• Negotiate with strategic insurance partners on a compliant remuneration model; maximize revenue by generating commission/ fee income from branded motor insurance
• Strengthen the brand of “Mercedes-Benz Insurance”, enhance our value proposition and facilitate retail sales through insurance campaign promotion, marketing promotion, FS bundling or other initiatives
Explore opportunities from motor ancillary products; take lead in development and roll-out of new products
• Develop and roll-out motor ancillary products e.g. RTI, courtesy car compensation etc.
• Build up the business model including but not limited to distribution channel, contract, processes, training, marketing and reporting
• Generate commission/ fee income; increase revenue by boosting sales of products
• Work with Insurance Marketing Communication on promotions
• Explore other ancillary product opportunities and define a roadmap to enlarge our product portfolio
• Develop and provide sales tools to dealers to facilitate sales of products and oversees the business performances
Coordinate and ensure all insurance business activities are executed in compliance with internal policies/ rules and local regulations including but not limited to:
- Tender process/ waiver
- DIS Operating Rules
- Insurance product program in GPD
- CSL (check aginst sanction list) on business partners
- Insurer annual due diligence
- Data clearing for insurance data

Support the internal stakeholders of MBFS China legal entities to update/modify/revise the guideline/contract templates/process & rules
