Drive and motivate distribution to achieve insurance target through implementation/ execution of business initiatives and also prepare business analyses and proposals to improve insurance sales penetration.

The Roles 

- Ensure sales staff are capable to cross-sell various types of insurance products and able to deliver innovative products to our customers

- Achieve the insurance sales targets by collaboration with the assigned Customer Relationship Managers/branches

- Monitor insurance sales progress and follow-up with management.

- Produce regular reports on insurance business performance for management review.

Requirements

• Degree Holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics
• Minimum 3 years experience in insurance, banking and wealth management industry
• Experience in distribution support or frontline sales is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
