As a member of the Treasury team, employees act as a full partner in making and supporting business decisions that are aimed at maximizing shareholder value. Intel Finance has a strong focus on facilitating change and improvement both within finance and in the operations supported. In this position, you will be responsible on various aspects in the risk management arenas. You will be working with internal and external business partners.
Assists with development and implementation of needed risk management programs including, risk transfer, corporate insurance programs, 1st and 3rd party claims management, recovery claims management. Monitors and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Tracks and compiles the monitoring, analysis and reporting of risk exposures, including claims trending, and loss runs
- Performs and understands domestic and or international claim programs, policies, and procedures for: reporting, investigation, and analysis.
- Coordinates compilation of corporate insurance underwriting information and coverage placement, claims administration, loss forecasting, and analysis to assist in loss reduction
- Supports the Director of Risk Management
Qualifications
EDUCATION / CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor's Degree required in Quantitative Field (Math, Economics, Financial Engineering, Finance, and or Statistics) or relevant experience.
- ARM or CRM designation preferred.
EXPERIENCE / JOB KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions requiring proficiency in risk management.
- Possess extensive knowledge of operational and financial business risk management concepts and terminology including; claims management, property and casualty insurance, contractual insurance requirements, certificates of insurance, loss prevention programs, and risk assessments.
- History of creating effective, dynamic, proactive risk solutions.
- Experience implementing both insurance and non-insurance related business risk solutions.
- Experience in writing, preparing and presenting analytical reports; proficiency in the use of data bases, data research and report writing.
SKILLS
- Skilled in the application of risk and insurance technical concepts.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise reports, notes, correspondence and other written materials and to review, revise and edit materials.
- Ability to perform research, evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations.
