Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the insurance business by identifying & capturing insurance business opportunities with prompt follow up so as to deepen customer penetration, particularly the ‘HNW’ and the ‘Mainlander’ customer segment
• Deliver ‘Total retirement planning’ solution to the most prestige customers, particular the mainlander and ‘top-tier’ customer segment
• Assist CRMs/ECRMs to identify their customers’ financial needs on retirement and legacy planning in order to provide the appropriate insurance solution for them
• Explore & expand customer base for insurance products
• Ensure all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure

• University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA would be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years insurance sales experience; Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage
• Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred)
• Attain any internal standards as required by country
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferred
