Major Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Underwrite property and casualty package insurance including property all risks, general liability, employees’ compensation.
• Monitor casualties occurred in local market and develop underwriting guideline and strategies.
• Take part into product development, case underwriting, formulate and implement underwriting strategies and manage daily operations of P&C quotation within the Underwriting Dept.
• Negotiate with major channels to solicit business opportunity and provide all necessary pre and pro-sale services to our customers.
• Formulate effective underwriting plans and manage risk exposures.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree holder or above.
• Possession of ACII/ ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) is preferable but not in a must
• 5 years’ relevant working experience in underwriting.
• Aggressive, proactive at work & result-oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
