Int’l KG Principal with Reggio Background

Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop a successful growth strategy and business plan for the school
• Oversee all aspects of launching new schools from design/construction, human resource recruitment and training, and student enrollment
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate a training program/system
• Create the quality control standards and processes
• Develop marketing strategy and organize events
• Actively promote the international kindergarten advantage and maintain the brand image.
• Design and optimize the curriculum, the original course and parenting program
• Develop and maintain the foreign relations
• Research and share best practices with staff and parents

Requirements: • Native English Speaker from Native English Speaking Country (US, UK, CA, IR, NZ, AUS) • Bachelor’s Degree above
• TEFL/TESOL Certification • Minimum three-year management experiences in international or bilingual kindergartens • Reggio Curriculum background preferred • Knowledge of early childhood class planning, flexible of teaching methods • Team player, capable to manage the class, capable to reach the target • Responsible, Patience

Salary and Benefits
Package up to 450,000 RMB per year includes:
1.Yearly Salary package: Basic salary up to 350,000RMB per year based on qualifications
