Be fully responsible for the administration and personnel, education and teaching of the school departments and the communication and management between students and parents.

Qualification:
1. Master degree or above, major in education, psychology or mathematics is preferred;
2. 8 + years of working experience in international and diversified basic education industry; more than 3 years' experience as a school principal, with a school size of more than 500 students and more than 100 Chinese and foreign teaching staff;
3. Be familiar with the training system and curriculum requirements of the national basic education stage, be an expert manager and practitioner in the education and teaching field, have many years of training experience, and have coordinator experience and examiner qualification is preferred;
4. Love education, have modern management ability and modern education awareness, understand and accept multiculturalism; rich professional knowledge and management skills in teaching management and school or organization operation, and experience in organizational change and innovation is preferred;
5. Have rich experience in home-school cooperation, home-school communication and feedback, and training parents; successful cases and experience in integrating community and home-school resources to create more conditions for students and provide high-quality practice opportunities;;
6. Have rich experience in creating and creating bilingual and bi-cultural learning and living environment, have made continuous changes and attempts in English as a second language learning and teaching, and can form a scientific, professional and effective learning system;
