We are looking for Integrated Command Center (ICC) Operation Integrator to drive integrated and intelligent monitoring operations across IT.

ICC Operation Integrator will need to define clear problem statement, understanding the ideal state and assessing where the solution fit within ICC Monitoring strategy, design, integrate and deliver solutions to meet stakeholder's requirement to drive high service availability and maximize user productivity.

Job Purpose and Key responsibility :

• Define clear problem statements, understand the ideal state, assess where solutions fit within the overall Integrated Command Center full stack monitoring strategy.
• Design, configure and deliver solutions to drive business aware monitoring to meet the needs of stakeholders across IT and Business teams.
• Drive proactive monitoring and events remediation with self-healing solution
• Drive Business Process Integration and Automation
• Integrate applications and platforms monitoring to support Intel's business needs.
• Work collaboratively with partner organization, APTs throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or any other related field OR equivalent experience 4+ years, in tope of the below

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry, integrating and implementing software solutions including:
  • Monitoring technologies and event management in complex IT environment
  • Machine learning and automation, previous implementation experience will be additional advantage.
• Advanced English level

Preferred

• ITIL framework and processes
• Experience using Event Management and Monitoring tools like Big Panda and New Relic or anything related.
