HelpMeSee is presently looking for a talented individual for the role of Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and executing the organisation’s integrated marketing communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute both online and offline marketing communication strategies to support the attainment of fundraising goals.
Maintain and enhance the brand positioning of the organisation. Explore new opportunities to communicate the organisation’s brand values and engage wider and new support.
Drive email marketing/eDM strategy and coordination, including adding, retaining and segmenting subscribers.
Design and execute well-organized fundraising, advocacy and program campaigns across all digital channels, in collaboration with key staff.
Liaise with media to secure press release, editorial coverage and media exposure.
Produce regular reports and analysis through web analytics and metrics, track and monitor the performance of online promotion and fundraising campaigns.
Work closely with website developers to maximise SEO/SEM performances.
Research, write, edit, translate, update and maintain all marketing materials/channels including leaflets, website, social media platforms, marketing emails, advertisements, newsletter, annual report, press release, etc.
Liaise with external advertising, design and printing agencies.
Support media and public enquires
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor as necessary

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years relevant work experience in content creation, public relations, or digital communications including online marketing, branding, analytics and social media
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or similar is a plus
Strong writing and visual skills, highly creative with experience creating strategic brand-aligned communications
Project management experience, including working with stakeholders across teams to assess needs, recommend strategies, set goals and establish and meet deadlines
Experience managing a brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in attracting and engaging new audiences
Proven track record of leading high-impact, digital marketing strategies on annual and campaign timelines
Basic HTML/CSS coding and troubleshooting experience; experience with content management systems and WordPress
Experience managing social media advertising budget
Experience in content creation across digital platforms; video creation and editing skills is an plus
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is strongly desired
Self-motivated and positive attitude, with attention to details
Basic Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Passion for non-profit sector preferred
