Integrated Marketing Lead, Southeast Asia & Taiwan

Thermofisher Scientific is seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead to join a team passionate about B2B demand generation and lead creation in maximization of both traditional marketing methodologies and technology-driven digital marketing, who has a strong data-driven business mentality to build strategies and tactics and support measurable sales KPI for the company.

The selected candidate is required to own the company marketing strategy development and campaign planning processes in order to generate demand and create sales-qualified leads within Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

As an integrated marketing expert, you will closely work with the Commercial, Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to lead and support sales growth within the organization by developing and managing various integrated marketing programs that drive new business and sales revenue across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns targeted at B2B customers, dealers and distributors in Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEATW)
  • Monitor market trends and intelligence including competition, macroeconomics and the regulatory environment, and use it to influence/drive incremental revenue targets,
  • Grow new business demand, nurture sales-qualified leads, drive repeat sales and reduce churn and contraction in efforts of continuous business process improvement
  • Expand the functionality of CRM & website platforms to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop annual marketing plans, incorporating data-driven business intelligence
  • Utilize a broad mix of marketing tactics, including email, digital advertising, and event/trade show to drive measurable engagement and revenue growth
  • Provide updates and insights for monthly business review to the organization
  • Report regularly on program performance, build dashboards that track performance, and make optimization recommendations
  • Consistently test, iterate and optimize marketing programs with the goal of improving performance and informing the development of future initiatives
  • Develop targeted programs and content that move prospects and customers from demand to lead to sales opportunities
  • Develop and drive messaging & tools that communicate the value/brand directly to customers through different go-to-market channels, including direct sales teams, channels, and marketing activities.
  • Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with Thermo Fisher Scientific policies and applicable laws

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to identify opportunities, align support, take action and deliver results
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field (Science or Business) and may have an advanced degree, certification or additional professional training
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (marketing, business development, scientific industry, people manager)
  • Project management knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Systematic problem solving by working with customers and internal teams.
  • Take ownership and able to demonstrate leadership in all aspects
  • Ability to work in a global and multicultural team
  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy challenges.
  • Ability to travel as needed
