Purpose and Objectives:

 

This position is to support GB (General Business) Integrated Marketing Program, GB Channel Marketing on daily tasks, including but not limit to South GB Field Marketing/Channel Marketing asset development, marketing campaign execution, operations and other marketing activities.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

 

  • Student currently enrolled in Business Administration, Marketing//Finance and/or Systems Engineering courses
  • English Level: Intermediate/Advanced
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products is key (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience working in marketing related fields is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skill and be good on team working
  • Can work for 5 days a week for 6 months

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

 

  • Support planning, content development, project management, and successful implementation of clearly defined projects within integrated marketing programs for audiences. Including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration, loyalty, advocacy, customer adoption and retention. Works on these projects with relevant internal and external teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer.

 

  • Help with Content and Messaging Development to support the Customer Journey – Support processes to build, tailor, and syndicate content for awareness, demand generation, opportunity acceleration, customer adoption and retention, and other strategic purposes, combining market and competitive insights, business objectives, knowledge of relevant elements of the SAP portfolio, audience insights and intelligence to develop messages and value propositions for integrated programs and/or campaigns. Understand the importance of evaluating new techniques and making use of best practices to create repeatable processes and content.

 

  • As requested, support asset development and deliver, together with Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation and Marketing Communications, audience facing materials by leveraging, tailoring, and syndicating content, positioning, and messaging in order to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.

 

  • Support planning and development of integrated audience campaigns and, working with Marketing Execution, identify targets and segments, nurture and marketing automation strategies, as well as tactics to achieve defined goals in accordance with privacy regulations.

     

  • Support creating local targeted partner marketing programs, campaigns and materials driving SAP business through Partners

 

  • Assist with partner marketing enablement programs, scaling up partner marketing services under Partner Benefits Catalog, and maintaining SAP Virtual Agency platform

 

  • Assist with program activation and acceleration with a Digital First approach within region, market unit, or country.

 

  • With instruction, evaluate overall performance, including business progress, campaign performance, and pipeline impact, in order to optimize programs.

 

  • Utilize standard tools and systems to document, communicate, measure, and monitor program plan and participate in the execution to share content and asset.
