About Creative Production

RWS Global Creative Production team, is a full-service, creative content production agency that works with brands and agencies to amplify and extend integrated campaigns across any market, any channel and any media. We are small hands-on team, that works as part of the world’s leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and IP services. With over 68 offices in 39 countries and over 7000 employees. 

 

Job purpose

This role is a key part of the Global Creative Production operation to build and manage client relationships and deliver multi-channel content to our clients.

Working within the Account Management / Project Management team, the hybrid role is to manage integrated, multi-lingual projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring they meet client/agency deadlines and are commercially profitable.

Supported by an Account Director, the purpose of the role is to work with the clients, understand their requirements and work with RWS’ teams and partners to deliver. You will be the day to day client contact –managing the delivery of projects, seeking opportunities within the client accounts to increase revenue and profit. 

Projects will be heavily production focused, and you will be required to work across all media types to manage and understand the delivery of short and long form content. This can include global campaigns that covers the localisation, trafficking and delivery of TV, social, programmatic/dynamic builds, press, EDMs and DOOH assets. In addition, you will also be required to manage projects inline with our other core service lines including design origination, strategy validation, cultural consultation, transcreation and localisation.

 

Key responsibilities

Project Management and Production

  • Lead and manage integrated briefs and follow up with a response to brief, estimates and production schedules.
  • Delivery of integrated localised campaigns with a focus on moving image, audio production, ATL clearance plus trafficking and delivery.
  • Manage client communications – including regular internal and external status updates, ensuring work is being delivered to a high standard and on time, keeping all internal stakeholders up to speed with project progress.
  • Working with production partners for post-production to include freelance editors, motion designers, designers, artworkers, post-production facilities including audio and edit
  • Troubleshoot internal and external issues as they arise, ensuring you escalate internally where required.
  • Ensure approval processes are adhered to for all stages of the project and a clear audit trail is kept.
  • Be responsible for delivering accurate briefs into and out of RWS across all channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and brand guardian – challenging where appropriate.
  • Build a strong relationship with the creative, design and production teams internally.
  • Understand the quality control process and ensure steps are adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Client Management and Operations

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and understand their business and requirements.
  • Understand the creative agency and brand process and to consult through this process on where RWS can support and our role.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with creative, brand agencies and media agencies to support the delivery of campaigns.
  • Understand the creative objectives and strategy that we receive and ensure this is communicated to RWS’ creative networks.

Financial management

  • Full project/campaign budget management – including estimating, cost reconciliation, raising all POs, invoicing and forecasting.
  • Ensure billing is processed and completed in time for month-end and any month-end forecasts are submitted on time.

 

Skills & Experience

  • +3 years within creative, design and production based environment
  • Solid understanding of ATL delivey to include media schedules and plans, clearance, trafficking and delivery/publishing to all platforms
  • Experience gained from a creative agency, content agency, or production agency
  • Experience working with creative agencies, brands and media agencies
  • Experience working across multiple client accounts and sectors
  • Client engagement and ability to organically develop an account and increase revenue
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Solutions and deadline oriented
  • Strong financial skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong knowledge of managing integrated content
  • Demonstrable experience working across multiple brands and output channels and project types such as: Brand development / Campaign extension / Integrated design / Digital / Brochures / ATL channels / POS / Magazine
  • Ability to estimate tasks, efforts and deliver to agreed timescales
  • Flexible, with ability to prioritise and adapt quickly to changes as necessary
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with different teams and some quick turnaround projects
  • Ready to share knowledge and train accordingly
  • Proactive to learn new skills within a development framework
