RWS Marketing Solutions team, is a global creative content production agency that works with brands and agencies to amplify and extend integrated campaigns across any market, any channel and any media. Job purpose
This role is a key part of the Marketing Solutions operation to build and manage client relationships and deliver multi-channel content to our clients.
Working within the Account Management / Project Management team, the hybrid role is to manage integrated, multi-lingual projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring they meet client/agency deadlines and are commercially profitable.
Supported by an Account Director, the purpose of the role is to work with the clients, understand their requirements and work with RWS’ teams and partners to deliver. Act as the day to day client contact to help the delivery of projects. Seek opportunities within the client accounts to increase revenue and profit. Projects will include some design origination, strategy validation, cultural consultation, transcreation and localisation, delivery and fulfilment. You will be required to work across all media types – Moving image, Digital and Print and manage and understand the delivery of short and long form content. This can include global campaigns that covers the localisation of Press, TV, HTML5 banners, programmatic/dynamic builds, EDMs, DOOH, Social Media assets and delivery of media fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
Client management and Operations
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and understand their business and requirements
- Understand the creative agency and brand process and to consult through this process on where RWS can support and our role
- Develop and maintain relationships with creative, brand agencies and media agencies to support the delivery of campaigns.
- Understand the creative objectives and strategy that we receive and ensure this is communicated to RWS’ creative networks
- Lead and manage integrated briefs and follow up with a response to brief, estimates and production schedules
- Delivery on integrated localised campaigns with a focus on moving image, audio production, ATL clearance plus trafficking and delivery
- Manage client communications – including regular internal and external status updates, ensuring work is being delivered to a high standard and on time, keeping all internal stakeholders up to speed with project progress
- Troubleshoot internal and external issues as they arise, ensuring you escalate internally where required
- Ensure approval processes are adhered to for all stages of the project and a clear audit trail is kept
- Be responsible for delivering accurate briefs into and out of RWS across all channels
- Act as a brand ambassador and brand guardian – challenging where appropriate
- Build a strong relationship with the creative, design and production teams internally
- Understand the quality control process and ensure steps are adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the project
Financial management
- Full project/campaign budget management – including estimating, cost reconciliation, raising all POs, invoicing and forecasting
- Ensure billing is processed and completed in time for month-end and any month-end forecasts are submitted on time
Essential Skills
- +3 years within creative, design and production based environment
- Solid understanding of ATL delivery to include media schedules and plans, clearance, trafficking and delivery/publishing to all platforms
- Experience gained from a creative agency, content agency, or production agency
- Experience working with creative agencies, brands and media agencies
- Experience working across multiple client accounts and sectors
- Client engagement and ability to organically develop an account and increase revenue
