This is a role well suited to a student with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit who is looking to experience the startup environment within the support of a large healthcare company. Supporting our Integrated Solutions Product Portfolio, you will be responsible for: Developing new and innovative ways of solving customer pain points and new business models Project Management including creating documentation, action plans, tracking action items and leading them through to completion by collaborating with appropriate team members Conducting and tracking product testing/validation Producing training materials Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Identifying departmental improvement opportunities This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers Structured Problem Solving; Applying the Scientific Method to a broad range of problems Strong critical thinking skills Strong presentation and communication skills Strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) This Internship will enhance your education and career related experience in the following areas: Experience in identifying problems, implementing continuous improvement actions, and measuring impact Work directly in a Global Healthcare company Exposure to continuous feedback environment Exposure to broad areas of business Practical application of Lean and other problem-solving tools Practical application of engineering skills and scientific method to business environment Enhanced communication skills in matrix style organization Required skills to have for the success of this role You are a current rising junior or senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or Master level student 3.0 GPA or higher preferred You must have MS office 365 proficiency Must feel comfortable working in a fully virtual format and are local to the Malvern, PA or Cary, NC office You are available to work in a part-time basis during the academic year (up to 20 hours/week) and full-time (up to 40 hours/week) in the summer.
