Your responsibilities
- Leading a team within a production unit or line in the execution of production processes to transform parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely, cost-effective manner, ensuring continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings and quality and safety standards and policies.
- Allocating resource like organizing and allocating resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets, responding to resource issues as necessary, leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line, production scheduling like ensuring that production scheduling and production planning meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Executing production, ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines, involving in operations improvement like Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions for improving production performances.
- Implementing and sustaining high quality level of the product like maintaining the effective running of production and quality system in assigned unit or line, to chair regular quality improvement meeting and Gemba meeting, equipment and facilities like identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Working on people leadership and development ,ensuring (with HR Manager Support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering related.
- Up to 5 years of experience in Process control, Production / manufacturing, quality management and up to 3 years of experience in people management skill required.
- Must have experiences and knowledge of business, engineering, production methods and planning, subcontracting, logistics, quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, should be determined and active attitude and project management skills, be pro-active and have cross cultural understanding.
- PC skills like Word/Excel/PPT required.
- Must have the qualities like action oriented, effective communication, problem solving, teamwork, communicate effectively, Commitment to excellence, flexibility, self-learning, problem solving, teamwork and technical orientation.
- Must have fluency in both Chinese and English languages.
