Key Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation:

• Redaction and management of all new and existing Technical Product Documentation (TPD) of WiZ Connected components and production tools
• Work with project teams to support TPD creation and management to deliver clear, correct and well-structured writing. Edit, clarify and proofread documents written by others and technical specialists

• Understand the technical details of projects. Identify audiences for content and anticipate the questions, problems and needs that the content should address

• Provide project administrative support to ensure efficient Project Management operation within Business Group
• Support manufacturing partners in their processes to ensure efficient integration of WiZ technology
• Play an active role in diffusion and implementation of methodologies and tools by manufacturing partners and suppliers

Project Methodology:

• Play an active role in the maintenance of existing Project Management methodologies and continuously evaluate and explore improvement opportunities to enhance them.

• Oversee the WiZification process (integration of WiZ technology in partner’s products), methodologies and tools to drive for speed and lean operational excellence.

• Develop innovative solutions to resolve complex tasks. Work on solutions that improve processes and practices, including maintenance processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above

• Minimum 3 years working experience in project support officer or Technical documentation in a multi-discipline Project Organization / consumer electronic good industry

• Experience with Technical Documentation, Methodology processes and Change management highly preferred

• With customer mindset and business result-oriented

• Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency and quality of documentation processes

• Good team player, high level of flexibility and ability to support beyond direct job scope

• Pleasant personality with good communication skill, able to interact with people at all level

• Fluent written and spoken English, good command of Chinese
