Then come and join our global team as Integration Test and Volunteer Manager (f/m/d) for Magnetic Resonance (MR) to drive the automation of integration testing for volunteer releases and to optimize subject management and scheduling. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will collaborate with our agile hardware and software development teams to integrate development results at the MR system level and to test and evaluate them in the context of volunteer releases You will collaborate with colleagues in volunteer management, i.e., managing and scheduling MR volunteers, organizing training for staff to perform volunteer measurements, and coordinating the supporting activities of student workers You will work together with colleagues on the design of integration and testing procedures for volunteer releases and perform tests independently Together with your team colleagues you are responsible for continuously increasing the automation level of formal and informal tests You are therefore involved in a team dealing with the continuous integration and test of all MR development results, test automation as well as volunteer management To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You have successfully completed a technical degree with a Master/Diploma You also have initial professional experience with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of magnetic resonance imaging You have knowledge in personnel management and the use of appropriate tools for coordination and planning regarding our volunteer management Your attributes and skills: Personally, you convince us with your commitment, your systematic and analytical way of working as well as your ability to assert yourself while at the same time maintaining high and sustainable quality standards You take great pleasure in communicative exchange and show a pronounced willingness to cooperate with global locations in an international environment As you will be working with national and international colleagues and our working documents are in English, you will have a fluent command of both languages, written and spoken You bring a willingness to change and a high level of self-motivation to expand the area of Continuous Integration in the MR development environment Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company. 68,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the future of healthcare.
