The ABB Integrity Specialist will work in a coordinated effort with ABB Legal and Integrity organization from Group to local in delivering and managing a wide-range of special purpose / fact finding reviews of concerns reported to the Ethics Contact of ABB Group.
You will be reporting functionally to ABB Office of Special Investigation and will continue to develop and maintain a direct working relationship with Legal Counsel Integrity, Integrity Operations Manager, Country Integrity Officer and other business partners as appropriate.
There are two positions available.
Your responsibilities
- Planning and conducting special purpose reviews, which would include interview preparation, research, analysis, interviews of complainants, witnesses, victims and subjects, collection and forensic analysis of emails and other data, report writing, and other duties as deemed appropriate by the company.
- Providing a high level of experience, expertise, guidance, and leadership relative to company-wide, multi-jurisdictional, complex reviews, which may impact employees, business operations, and company reputation.
- Conducting and managing special purpose / fact finding reviews on behalf of ABB into alleged violations of the Group Code of Conduct and prepare high quality reports to assist in further disciplinary actions.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Accounting / professional qualification such as CPA / CFE / CIA.
- 7 + years of experience in handling forensic audits or investigations in a multinational corporation, reputed law firm or consulting firms
- Experience in white collar crime law enforcement is an added benefit.
- Experience in handling FCPA matters.
- Dynamic work exposure and ability to multi-task with efficiency.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery processes / data collection, analysis, results and reporting.
- Good understanding of IT tools and especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin is essential. Additional language capabilities will be preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within and outside China at short notices.
