Job Description

In this role you will further develop and execute on a strategy to leverage our on premise communities infrastructure to drive increased engagement and customer success across Intel.com. The Intel Community (https://community.intel.com) provides rich engagement with Intel customers through support forums, blogs, and syndication. We have been on a transformative journey aligning our numerous partners and stakeholders onto a unified platform to engage with our users. We are looking for someone to help continue defining opportunities to leverage our community platform to amplify messaging across Intel.com and to off-domain communities for product launches, events, and other key moments.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Define and drive a comprehensive community strategy to drive increased engagement and reach across Intel.com in support of product launches, events, public relations, and product support.

  • Engage and nurture "super users" within the existing community to scale responsiveness and activity. Drive and continue augmenting community gamification program

  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and implement solutions to meet those needs across forums, blogs, etc.

  • Participate within the industry to influence and adopt emerging trends and opportunities in the community space.

  • Define a strategy to connect off-domain and on-domain community engagement.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills including experience generating and posting content.

  • Ability to define and articulate a strategy to SMG executive stakeholders.

  • Proven success growing and engaging a community.

  • Customer centric focus, experience leveraging customer input to improve operations and overall community experience.

  • Able to synthesize data to make decisions and influence work product.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 7 years experience.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with an enterprise community platform

  • Experience driving engagement and nurturing "super users" within our community

  • Knowledge of gamification strategies

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
