As an Intel Technician, you will be responsible for technical and maintenance work to maintain safety, quality, output, and cost performance of the manufacturing factory by supporting engineering and manufacturing activities aligned to factory priorities. In this role, your daily agenda will be anything but ordinary. You will help us build the future of technology. At Intel, you’ll get to put on the world-renowned “Bunny Suits” in a state-of-the-industry clean-room environment. Our fabrication facilities are the size of small cities, you’ll regularly move past some of the most advanced equipment in the world. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of semiconductor manufacturing by operating, maintaining, testing and repairing specialized equipment at time lifting up to 50 lbs. This includes conducting experimental tests, data collection and analysis.
Our schedule is unique – we work 12 hour days and rotate between 3-day and 4-day work weeks allowing you the flexibility that comes with a compressed schedule.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualification
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful completion of Automated Industrial Technology program (i.e. AIT132) in partnership with Maricopa Community College District
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting equipment including inspection tasks
- Experience in interpreting schematics and drawings or diagrams
- Experience with using basic tools and potentially airline supplied respirators
- Experience using computer and general computer programs
Compensation will be adjusted based on additional education and relevant experience.
