Position Summary: Responsible for undertaking all aspects of SIPP/ISA and general administration including new business processing, transfers and contributions, ongoing servicing, calculating, paying benefits, outgoing payments, incoming payments, subscriptions, static data, account opening/closing, deceased, undertaking regular / mandatory reviews and calculating death benefits. The role includes handling client and member enquiries in a professional and conscientious manner, demonstrating high levels of accuracy and customer service at all times. Adheres to internal procedures, controls and regulatory requirements at all times. Maintains high quality member records and administering all transactions in a timely manner. Works in a flexible, co-operative manner with team members to deliver high quality service. Draft written correspondence and quality checks work completed by other administrators. Provides team leadership for the day-to-day operations of client processing support team. Processing complaints at the earliest opportunity with a positive attitude, addressing the true root cause and implementing effective corrective action in order to prevent re-occurrence. Identifies reporting risks and breaches immediately to the Operational Manager and/or the Operational Risk and Compliance Departments. Makes suggestions to continually enhance service delivery, improve processes and reduce potential complaints and business risks. Undertakes self education on new products and changes to system and documentation, and communicate such developments to the administration team. Project input to new pension products, system testing and design. Completes any other duties as required. Qualifications Primary Responsibilities: Leads the day-to-day activities Process all aspects of ISA/Pension and general administration Handles complex client inquiries and requests. Keeps up-to-date with ISA/Pension regulation. Supports the achievement of team objectives. Experience & Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and time management required Good working knowledge of Excel, Word & Access Knowledge of pension regulation is desirable Client focused with a willingness to understand and assist with complex client queries Working knowledge of Nexus, Teamworks & Document Management System desirable Good understanding of ISA’s/pensions and the tax regime in which they operate BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
