Your Role:

Build Service Design practice at Accenture Interactive with focus on research to ensure that everything we deliver is grounded in a deep and contextual understanding of what matters to the people we are designing for. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is creating positive impact for our clients and the world through a powerful empathetic lens of the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Service Design Strategist is part of Experience Strategy and Creative squad, and your responsibility is to:

  • Master Research and Design Strategy as a discipline and a practice

  • Define and lead research planning, execution, and analysis based on relevant research and business objective at project level

  • Translate consumer insight into actionable design strategy to clients

  • Articulate the insights and stories behind our design concepts

  • Define research and design strategy track of work, and own the deliverables at the squad level

  • Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and at client meetings

  • Attend and help plan studio and squad events, workshops, and conferences as Accenture Interactive Service Design ambassador in design pillar
