Position Title: IC Accountant, Shenzhen Finance Shared Service Center

Location: Shenzhen, China

Key responsibilities:

® Submit GIS entries by the appropriate deadline. Work with internal company contacts to ensure all transactions are captured and all account strings are accurate.

® Run Netting reports, prepare and send details to responsible division owners to timely clear payable or receivable accounts.

® Perform monthly global confirmation process. Investigate intercompany accounts differences and work with the appropriate teams to correct issues before deadline.

® Prepare and submit elimination journal entries at month end. Work with HQ consolidation reporting team to ensure all elimination entries have been done timely and accurately.

® Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts. To ensure an accurate cash flow forecast you must work closely with the local teams, the SSC AR team and the SSC AP team.

® Other activities: research issues that arise, run reports from the Oracle and OBIEE systems, prepare journal entries for month end close.

® Prepare reconciliations and assist other SSC teammates when needed.

Qualifications:

® Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

® Minimum 3 years relevant experience, MNC experience is preferable.

® Good command of Excel, Word, PPT. with Intermediate Accountant Certification a plus.

® Strong collaboration and cross-functional communications skills, ability to communicate in written and spoken English language (required).

® Experience with Oracle, will be advantageous

® Possess a positive and proactive attitude to resolve problems.
