Reporting to the Intercompany Project Director you will provide support to the following areas:

·       Coordinating business testing cycles for tactical IT changes.

·       Helping to shape the scope and approach for a process pilot.

·       Preparing business change deliverables such as training and communication documentation.

·       Engaging with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure changes made in Finance are managed carefully.

·       Establishing and maintaining a benefits management process.

·       Providing business insight into intercompany balance sheet cleanse activity.

Key responsibilities:

·       Prepare business change deliverables such as training and communication documentation.

·       Deliver training.

·       Coordinate business testing cycles for tactical IT changes and ‘to be’ process artefacts.

·       Establish and maintain benefits management process, including engagement with Tax, Treasury and Supply Chain Ops stakeholders.

·       Assist with data cleansing activities providing support on challenging accounts.

·       Assist with planning, preparation for execution of process pilot.

·       Provide Finance subject matter experience to the project team.

·       Design and coordinate the creating of SOP’s as appropriate.

Essential skills:

·       Experience of SAP FICO transactions

·       Experienced accountant with working knowledge of financial accounting

·       Experience in analysing data and creating reporting

·       Previous business change and deployment experience

·       Proven written and verbal communication skills.  

·       Stakeholder management. 

·       Excellent influencing skills.

·       Problem solving skills.

Desirable skills:

·       Experience in using Nintex and ERH

·       Previously worked on Global projects

·       Balance sheet reconciliations, preferably Intercompany

·       Previous experience in process mapping, SOP and creating training documentation

·       Previous experience of AZ Finance organization and processes.
