Job Description
Tasks:
1. Analyzing client requests, requirements, situation, industry, company culture, etc.
2. Contact client for further information, materials, clarifications, etc.
3. Briefing of search consultants, check and approval of Search Profile from Consultant,
4. Supervise search process and control deadline,
5. Participation in face-to-face interviews,
6. Support search consultant in candidate evaluation and selection,
7. Work out further search activities together with search consultant,
8. Support and approve consultants’ correspondence,
9. Other tasks related to the search assignment, such as administrational control, follow up, etc.

Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in recruiting mid- to senior level candidates in China,
2. At least 5 years of experience in / or with German industrial companies,
3. At least 2 years of experience in timely and reliable project management,
4. Very good understanding and knowledge of human nature,
5. Excellent English skills in business conversation and written correspondence,
6. Basic understanding and acceptance of international business etiquette and work ethics.
