Requirements:

1. Overall planning the roadmap of  interior design, responsible for the overall direction of interior design, has the ability to develop / guide the design program;

2. Have a certain foresight, and can predict the project risk in the molding stage, and propose constructive change plan to guide the modeling scheme to meet the engineering requirements.

3. Has the ability to identify problems early in development and solve the problem before the deadline;

Qualifications:

1.     Age: 40/45, ideally candidates from European countries or US. At least 10 years working experience in interior design.

2.     Has project management experience, and the experience of leading and training a design team.

3.     Has been independently designed many vehicle models, and led the teams to deliver production cars and concept cars.

4.     Has been designed more than 4 types of cars.
