You will be responsible to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project team to undertake renovation projects from feasibility stage to handover stage
• Manage the drafting of design brief and specifications for appointment of consultants and suppliers as well aspresentation materials
• Implement guidelines and benchmark for design management
• Monitor design process and internal approvals

Requirements:

• Degree holder in interior design, architecture or related discipline
• Qualified Member of the HKIS/RICS
• Minimum 12 years experiences in consultant and developer on hotel, club and commercial projects
• Familiarity with design data and trend
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Photoshop and AutoCAD
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
