Job Description

The Good Studio are a Hong Kong based Interior Design firm expanding in their Design Management delivery. We are looking for a talented, savvy, well experienced Interior Design Project Manager to join our team.

Key project genres include Integrated Resorts, hospitality and luxury residential projects in the Asia Pacific region.  This fast paced role will include extensive project management, design management and also design critique and cross-disciplinary coordination works.

Job Description

  • Design Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the design and project management field, focusing in the luxury hospitality and residential markets.
  • An engaging key player, adept in day to day management of consultants, including project teams and external parties, architects, designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure delivering projects successfully to Clients with outstanding project close outs.
  • Possesses a deep industry knowledge with the preparation and execution of tender documents and tendering process.
  • Ability to establish and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Review deliverables prepared by consultants, design and operational brief and conduct feasibility studies of project scope.
  • Ability to provide technical and services advice, review design planning and documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain the project program with timely deliverables.
  • Confidently express design opinions and recommendations with a variety of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualification in architecture, interior design, project management or equivalent.­
  • At least 8 years relevant experience on delivery of hotel, retail, F&B projects with 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong technical background and project delivery experience
  • High level communication skills displaying excellent client relationships, ability to cooperate effectively with extensive stakeholders.
  • Conversant with large scale developments, A&A and working with tight work schedules.
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken in English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
