TED Concept (S) International Pte Ltd is seeking for Interior Designer to join our team.

Position Summary :
Due to our diversified portfolio, the candidate should possess relevant design experiences working in retail, hospitality and hotel/resort projects previously.

Responsibilities :

• Produce concept design, space planning and presentation materials.
• Provide as-built drawings including undertaking on site measurements.
• Prepare the tender documentation & construction drawing.
• Present of design concept to client.
• Able to handle project independently from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.

Requirement:

• Possess excellent design capabilities and a flair for creativity
• Preferably some past working experience in interior industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Fixtures, fittings and Equipment (FF&E) required for specification of tender & construction drawings.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and good working attitude, meticulous, a team player and attention to details.
• Independent, resourceful and responsible.
• You should be well versed in Autocad, 3D Max, photoshop and Microsoft applications.
