• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Architect.

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience

• Prepare all interior detailing and specifications drawing for construction purpose

• Prepare final plans, using Auto Cad, Revit and other required programs
• 准备最终方案，使用Auto Cad，Revit和其他要求的程序
• Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space

• 考虑空间如何被使用以及空间的动线
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including MEP layouts
• 准备初步设计方案草图，包括MEP布局
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• 明确材料以及家具，如灯光，家具，墙面装饰，地板以及卫浴
• create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• 制作室内设计工程的时间表并制作预算
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• 为材料下订单并监督设计元素的安装实施
• Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied

• 项目完成后拜访客户以确保客户满意度
