• Responsibilities

  Ÿ  Initiate design concept, layouts, material selection and specification

  Ÿ  Prepare documentation , working drawings , detail drawings and various specification for tendering

     procedures

  Ÿ Responsible for contract administration, site supervision and coordination during construction period

  Ÿ Coordinate and maintain relationship with clients , consultants and contractors

  Ÿ Able to handle full set of E&M drawings is preferred

  Ÿ Experience handle retail , food & beverage project will be advantage

  Requirement

  Ÿ 5 years experience in the site coordination

  Ÿ Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Sketch up / 3DMAX , MS office

  Ÿ Able to work under pressure

  Ÿ Strong sense of responsibility

  Ÿ  Spoken English ，Cantonese  and mandarin are fluent

   

  Contractors Employment Terms: Salary Negotiable

  Office hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm

                  May need to work on holidays for urgent matters

                    5 working day per week
